Acupuncture works by regulating the nervous system, improving circulation, and supporting the body’s natural healing response. Rather than only addressing symptoms, we focus on identifying underlying imbalances that may contribute to pain, hormonal shifts, digestive issues, stress, or fatigue.

Your first visit is designed to help you understand your body through a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.

We will explore your health history and identify underlying root patterns using pulse and tongue assessment, along with simple explanations of TCM principles. I believe in helping clients understand why certain points and meridians are selected, and how each treatment approach supports your specific imbalance.

This session may include customized acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, infrared heat, or red light therapy depending on your condition and needs.

When appropriate, herbal formulas may also be recommended to complement acupuncture and enhance long-term results.

You will leave not only with treatment, but with a clearer understanding of your body’s patterns and a personalized plan moving forward.
