This session focuses on facial cupping and gua sha to work with the lymphatic system and superficial fascia. By improving lymphatic drainage and circulation, the face appears less puffy, more defined, and visibly refreshed. Facial cupping is used to gently lift and mobilize the tissues, while gua sha helps release tight fascia, soften facial tension, and encourage smooth movement along the jawline and cheeks.

The treatment is especially helpful for stress-related facial tightness, puffiness, dull skin tone, and mild sagging caused by muscle holding patterns. Many clients also find this session deeply calming, supporting nervous system regulation and overall relaxation.
